Big Louie's Pizzeria

Today I was truly disappointed with not only the pizza but with how the girl answering the phone was treated when I arrived to pick up my pizza. I ordered a well done, large pepperoni pizza. The dough was still raw inside. Not even close to we'll done. While I was waiting for the young lady to finish taking a phone order, I had a front row seat to the other three employees yelling at her and making fun of her. They were questioning her about the most recent order slips they were working on while she is on the phone taking an order. Twice she held the phone away from her ear so she could yell back to the others in the back, never asking the person on the phone to hold on. I don't think anyone there understands anything about good customer service. Pizza not be cooked properly is not the only reason I won't call Big Louie's for pizza anymore.

As I was watching the gentleman cook the pizza he had an overgrown beard and long hair. He was preparing the pizzas without gloves or a hairnet on. As soon as the pizza was getting ready to be sliced, there was a woman wearing a hat with a very long ponytail. Before slicing the pizza she cut a piece of food which was approximately a foot away from the pizza she had just removed from the oven. She then began chewing her lunch while she was cutting the pizza. She put that one in a box put it aside she then took the next pizza out of the oven took another bite of food and was slicing that pizza all while chewing her lunch. This was unacceptable and frankly quite disgusting. I went up to the register and ask the woman politely if I could have my money back. She asked me why I wanted my money back and I pointed out the woman who was slicing the pizza was eating while doing so (the woman was literally still eating while I was speaking to the cashier) The cashier then responded that that is her manager. I apologized for inconveniencing them but let her know that I could not accept food that someone was just eating on top of. The cashier was very angry as where the people in the back.
